This Privacy Policy explains how Clawbyte Ltd (Company Number 16611492) (“Clawbyte”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you access and use the Pot Fold® MVP demo environment (the “MVP”).

This policy applies solely to the MVP demonstration environment and does not apply to any future regulated real-money versions of Pot Fold®.

Because the MVP is a non-real-money prototype environment, we collect limited data only.

Demo balance values
Gameplay actions

All balances within the MVP are fictional and have no monetary value.

Within the MVP environment, we do not collect:

We retain MVP data for a maximum period of 12 months unless required longer for technical analysis.

13. Future Commercial Versions

This Privacy Policy applies only to the MVP demo environment. Future regulated versions of Pot Fold® will operate under separate, legally required documentation.
