Pot Fold® MVP Demo Environment

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Pot Fold® MVP demo environment (the “MVP”) provided by Clawbyte Ltd, a private limited company incorporated in England and Wales (Company Number 16611492) (“Clawbyte”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By accessing or using the MVP, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the MVP.

1. About the MVP

The Pot Fold® MVP is a prototype, demonstration, and testing environment designed to showcase gameplay mechanics, user interface design, and technical functionality.

The MVP:

Is provided for demonstration and evaluation purposes only
Does not constitute a real-money gambling product
Does not involve deposits, withdrawals, or monetary wagering
Does not offer prizes or financial rewards

All gameplay balances, outcomes, and winnings displayed within the MVP are fictional and have no monetary value.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to access or use the MVP. By using the MVP, you confirm that:

You are 18 years of age or older
You are accessing the MVP for evaluation, feedback, or demonstration purposes
You understand this is not a regulated gambling environment

Clawbyte reserves the right to restrict access at any time.

3. No Gambling Services

The MVP does not constitute a gambling service, remote gaming service, betting product, or financial product.

The MVP is not licensed by the UK Gambling Commission or any other gambling regulator and does not require such licensing in its current demonstration format.

Future commercial versions of Pot Fold® may be offered through licensed operators and regulated Remote Gaming Servers (RGS), subject to applicable regulatory approval.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the MVP are owned exclusively by Clawbyte Ltd, including:

The Pot Fold® trademark
Game mechanics and formats
Visual designs and UI
Mathematical models
Backend architecture
Source code and SDK

5. Prototype Disclaimer

The MVP is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. As a prototype system, it may contain bugs, experience interruptions, or display inaccurate results.

Use of the MVP is entirely at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clawbyte Ltd shall not be liable for any loss of data, business opportunity, or indirect/consequential loss arising from gameplay outcomes.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Attempt to exploit vulnerabilities
Interfere with backend systems
Use automated scripts or bots

8. Data Collection

The MVP may collect limited technical and gameplay data for performance monitoring and product development. No financial data is processed.

9. Future Commercial Version

Future versions of Pot Fold® may be deployed via licensed operators and subject to gambling regulation. These Terms apply only to the MVP demo environment.

10. Modifications

Clawbyte reserves the right to modify these Terms, update MVP functionality, or restrict access at any time.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
